The anilox roll ultrasonic cleaning machine is a branch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine family. In flexo printing, the anilox roll evenly transfers a certain amount of ink to the plate, and the mesh holes are inevitably blocked by ink, paper coating, paper wool or other dirt, which affects the quality of printing and the normal use of the anilox roll, so it must be cleaned in time.

 

The use of ultrasonic cleaning machine is a combination of chemistry and physics. The fine bubbles can directly enter the mesh cavity and clean the high-speed anilox roll. The cleaning solution is neutral or weak alkali, and the impact force of the bubbles generated by ultrasonic is very small, so the possibility of relatively damaging the anilox roll is very small.
